When ALMA processes personal data on behalf of a client, a Data Processing Agreement or other specific contractual conditions may additionally apply.

14. Applicable law and jurisdiction

This Legal Notice will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without considering its conflict of laws rules.

Unless there is a specific contractual instrument that establishes a different mechanism, any dispute arising from or related to this Legal Notice will be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the State of Wyoming.

The above shall be understood without prejudice to those imperative rules that are applicable and that, according to the relevant legislation, cannot be validly excluded or modified by agreement.

15. Relationship with other documents

This Legal Notice is part of the public documentation applicable to the Site and must be interpreted together with:

Terms and Conditions of Use — govern access to and use of ALMA's services and the general contractual relationship with users.

Privacy Policy — regulates the processing and protection of personal data.

When applicable, specific contracts, service orders, confidentiality agreements, Data Processing Agreements, Service Level Agreements, or other instruments agreed upon between ALMA and its clients may also apply.

In case of contradiction regarding a matter expressly regulated by a specific contract, that instrument will prevail regarding that matter, unless there is a mandatory legal provision to the contrary.
