• Acceptance of the terms

By accessing, browsing, and using the products, services, and platform of GoAlma (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"), the user expressly agrees to these Terms and Conditions of Use. If the user does not agree with these terms, they must refrain from using the Platform.

• 2. Description of the service

GoAlma is a technology platform that provides AI-driven agents to automate processes associated with sustainability management, such as interpreting regulatory documents, generating operational plans, creating compliance checklists, reviewing technical evidence, and visualizing environmental compliance.

The use of GoAlma is aimed at professionals, companies, and consulting firms, and is provided in a SaaS (Software as a Service) agent model.

• 3. Registration and user accounts

To access certain functionalities, the user must register, providing truthful, complete, and updated information. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of their credentials.

GoAlma reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms or that use the platform in a fraudulent, abusive, or illegal manner.

• Permitted use

The user agrees to:

• Usar la plataforma exclusivamente para fines legales y profesionales.

• No cargar contenido ilícito, confidencial sin autorización o que infrinja derechos de terceros.

• No utilizar la plataforma para entrenar otros modelos de IA o hacer ingeniería inversa.

GoAlma reserves the right to monitor and suspend use that violates these guidelines.

• Content generated by the platform

The Platform uses natural language models and analysis algorithms to process documents, extract information, generate recommendations, and deliver results. This content is generated automatically and is provided to the user as technical input.

GoAlma does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the results and recommends that the user review all information before making operational or legal decisions.

• Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights over the platform, its source code, design, logos, materials, intelligent assistants, and associated content are owned by Alma Technologies LLC. The user may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify the software without express authorization.

Documents uploaded by the user remain their property and are not used for commercial purposes or for training external models.

• Limitation of liability

GoAlma will not be liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, especially in cases of:

• Misinterpretation of AI-generated results

• Technical failures beyond GoAlma's reasonable control

• Incorrect information input by the user

The user agrees that the use of the platform is at their own professional risk.

• Cancellation and suspension

GoAlma may suspend or cancel the user's access in the event of a breach of these terms, abusive use, or for justified business reasons. In cases of paid subscription, the commercial terms of the contract will apply.

• Jurisdiction and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any disputes will be submitted to the ordinary courts of Santiago, unless expressly agreed otherwise.1. Acceptance of the terms
